Development of a leading association of the energy and water industry
The aim of the project was to draw up a discussion paper on opening up the association to new members and business sectors
Almost 50 in-depth interviews were conducted with executives from member companies and non-member companies as well as with executives and members of the association’s executive committee
The developments and drivers (trends) in the hydrogen and renewable energy markets were evaluated and presented
The market participants’ decision criteria for joining an association were surveyed
The assessment of the client and other relevant associations in Germany and Europe along the purchasing criteria was determined
Recommendations for the further development of the association were developed
