    • Comprehensive trend analysis of the DACH energy market.
    • Numerous in-depth interviews with sales executives within and outside the energy industry, e.g. in the telecom, retail, banking, insurance sectors.
    • Numerous in-deepth interviews with current and potential customers.
  • Clarity about the customer requirements in the focus segments.
  • Development of an organisational proposal for the transformation phase until 2025 and a target picture.
  • Development of about 20 initiatives to redesign the sales organization.
  • Prioritisation in an implementation plan.
