  • Goal of the project was the development of a business and market model for distributed generation.
  • The team developed and described products to be offered for each customer segment (incl. standardized solutions).
  • We deveoped the pricing strategy for each segments and cooperation models with architects, chambers of crafts and guilds in each targeted market.
  • We outlined the retail strategy and summarized the results in a distributed energy business plan.
